Exquisite and fairly clean place, really friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff from the bellman to check-in receptionist. Incredible breakfast for fish & chips, with excellent food.

The location was incredible, in Garden restaurant, it's a plus. Our deluxe king room included a refrigerator, a personal safe, and climate control.

We loved rooms with view of the track. The breakfast was scrumptious with views of the harness racing.

The breakfast was delicious, the check in was early. The deluxe double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was impeccably clean and huge with view of the track. What I loved was the accommodating personnel.

The room felt spacious and clean, embodying a comforting vibe that let me unwind perfectly after long casino nights. Although I found the dining options limited late at night, the overall experience showcased a lively atmosphere fantastic for entertainment.

Everything, the one and only section for elevator is at the other end of the hotel, you have to walk miles to the other end if there was a fire, b/c the stairs are there as well. Need two sections for elevators at different ends of the hotel. Room was over valued, I get a better room at Sheraton for what I paid. What a rip off and it isnt even a national chain Hotel. Seemed like I was at the Super 8 with how cramped the room was for a "luxury hotel". Very piss poor.

I thought the hotel was very well put together meaning the facilities were where you needed them.

I thought the front desk staff was not very professional upon check in.

Cash credit / I applied on November 1 and to this date I have not received any answer concerning approval / I have already visited the casino so what good is the credit now. Applications should be on line and answers should be given yes or no. I have given my credit and bank information to a stranger for nothing. Not happy about this

The kids enjoyed the fun pool area, and I appreciated that it was dog-friendly, a real plus for families. We also took a break at the nearby Sugar Factory, good.

In my wife's opinion, the food options were limited.
